Our fabrication team consists of top-tier Sheet Metal Workers, Boilermakers, Fabricators, and Apprentices. We employ cutting-edge welding equipment for Mig, Tig, and Arc techniques. Additionally, our facility is equipped with a metal guillotine, hydraulic presses, and computerized metal folding machines.
Bale Defence leads in applying machine tool technology. Our engineering facility boasts state-of-the-art CNC manufacturing technologies, including a variety of 5-Axis and 3-Axis Machining Centres, Mill Turns, and traditional Lathes.
Our Technical Writers are skilled in the design, development, and management of complex technical documentation, as well as the operation of an electronic library, including version control and archiving.
The training staff at Bale Defence hold up-to-date, nationally recognized qualifications in the analysis, design, development, delivery, and supervision of training.
Our Repair and Overhaul facility is equipped to perform a thorough tear-down, inspection, and reporting, delivering an accurate quotation for your component or assembly.
Once authorized, our skilled team will proceed with the full overhaul and restoration of your equipment, including the initial run-in and testing phase.
